"Bat Cave”Is Dos Ojos' darkest dive. It is composed of a series of rooms which lead to an air bell where only a little daylight penetrates. The decorations and the bats that make it their home make it a must-see in the whole region.
Cave divers, to speak French, can explore over sixty kilometers of wires, connected to over twenty-five cenotes. Indeed, Dos Ojos is one of the longest cenote systems on the Yucatan Peninsula.
In 2001, IMAX chose this location to shoot “Journey into amazing caves”.
