About a month after bringing to the surface the equivalent of 1 million dollars in gold coins, the treasure hunters of Queens Jewels announce a new discovery. On July 30, 350 coins dating from 1715 were found in Florida (see the video at the end of the article). Estimated amount of loot: $ 4,5 million, reports the CBS News.
The gold coins were lying near the coast, near Vero Beach, and less than two meters deep. Among them are nine "Royals", specially minted coins for the Spanish King Philip V, and worth more than 300 000 dollars each.
