The destruction of nature is a crime.
This crime has a name: ecocide.
Poisoned rivers, land receptors of toxic products for hundreds of years, oceans that are seeing the proliferation of "dead zones" ... in the name of progress!
How is this progress? It is at best culpable negligence, at worst a crime perpetrated with full knowledge for short-term personal gain at the expense of humanity and life. We have the means to do better, we have a duty to do better!
Claiming a pollutant-free Earth is no longer just a right,
it is a civic duty.
The Ecocide Law is necessary to take the lead in a progress designed for those it is meant to serve.

Eco-cide derives from oikos in Greek meaning maison ou home and caedere, demolish, kill in Latin. It literally means kill our house.
Why do we need it?
- For a law to be invoked for all types of environmental destruction
- For the criminal responsibility of decision-makers to be engaged
- To preserve and protect biodiversity
- To protect ecosystems as a whole, not just separate elements such as soil, air, wildlife and flora
- To promote the ecological transition
- To honor our duty to future generations
- To contribute to a change of values so that the Earth is granted rights
The European Citizens' Initiative (ECI) is a tool of direct democracy allowing EU citizens to propose the review of a directive.
Signing an ICE has the same power as voting. We need your vote for the European Commission to study our proposal.
If at least 1 million European citizens from 7 different countries support, the directive will be discussed at European level.
Unlike a regular petition, the ICE has the legal power to influence policy. This is why certain information such as your address and date of birth are requested. In some countries, such as France, you will also be asked for an identity number.

Hi Christopher,
I would like an explanation of text, the DEJEPS, it is an equivalent or the new name of the BEES1 (I dive leisure and I do not follow the evolution of the diplomas of the sport)? Obviously I want to know how you are going to live your training, what you think about it, what you hope for, and if there is a gap between your idea and reality. Pass your diploma and you will decide according to what presents itself. And then if you don't, you will always say to yourself “I should have…” So, for the moment “Mr.….” and that it brings you luck!
Fact
Also done.
