The 18 and 19 february 2011, the Young Rives Aula of the University of Neuchâtel hosted the 9e edition of the Neuchâtel Underwater Image Festival.
After a more busy Friday night, both sessions on Saturday were a success that exceeded all expectations. Saturday afternoon, for a family session, the public came very often to take place on chairs added in the audience for the occasion.
The highlights of Festisub were many, we will long remember the presence of Albert Falco, former captain of the Calypso, or the passage of Christian Pétron, responsible for the photography of the film "Le Grand Bleu". Phil Simha, Alain Plas, Enrico Pati, Christine Neury, Jean-Claude Protta, Ghislain Bardout, Emmanuelle Périé, Kayak, Davide Vezzaro, Animoo and Zébrano were also in the game.
The collaboration with the Marseilles Underwater Image Festival has once again enabled Festisub visitors to discover award-winning films. A delegation from the Festisub committee made the trip to Bouches-du-Rhône to select the best of the list.
