The final of the 7e election of Miss Scuba International will be held the 18 November 2017 at Kota Kinabalu, riding a Malaysia.
Launched in 2011 on the islands of Mabul and Sipadan (Malaysia), the aim of this competition is to encourage the protection of the oceans and to make known to the public the wealth of the seabed.
These divers coming from more 20 countries will be judged on their diving skills, their knowledge of the marine environment, and of course their physical beauty and their ability to parade on a podium.
They will participate in beach cleanings as well as works of charity. The winner, meanwhile, will have to invest for one year in awareness campaigns in the underwater world, while illustrating good practices to implement diving.
With a slogan in the background: “Saving our oceans through beauty”.
