      Catfish
      Hello everybody

This message to announce the upcoming release of a new book dedicated to the most
great fish of our fresh waters: the catfish.
This work is the result of hundreds of hours of diving, research in the archives
and scientific publications, exchanges with researchers around the world.

This book is self-published, with a limited number of copies.
If you are interested, it is now possible to reserve it, taking advantage of the shipping costs.
offered, via the crowdfunding site Ulule:

      https://fr.ulule.com/homme-silure/

Although he is regularly talked about in the media, very few books have been devoted to catfish.
A fish so big and at the same time still so mysterious.
The catfish has made troubled and deep waters its kingdom, which partly explains why it still remained
little known until today, despite the existence of specimens that can exceed 2,70 m and a hundred kilos.

This book consists of 2 parts:
      – a narrative part, which reads like a novel, recounting the astonishing journey of a man who devoted his life to
fishing and the study of this fish

      – a knowledge section summarizing what is currently known about this species
The catfish will have no more secrets for you!

More than 300 pages, 400 photos and a preface by Bernard Pivot and Frédéric Santoul (researcher
      at Paul Sabatier University, Toulouse).

      Excellent day to you.

      Rémi

Super happy and proud to have won this photo prize, however, the message to him is sadder! We all have the ability to change that. # Antibes #paca # microplastic # clean operation # 1dechetparjour

Sadly gathered under the banal name of "plankton" in the singular, they are in reality millions, all different from each other. They respond to the sweet names of dinoflagellates, foraminifera, coccolithophores or larvae of sphyraenidae. It is the base of the food chain, the beginning of the “cycle of life”. A fragile cycle, in which hides a tiny yet immense universe that deserves our full attention. Super action of @ operation.mer.propre in Cannes on Sunday more than 600 liters of waste collected including more than 25 tires. More than ever today s actions define the world after. Teribly sad yet efficient clean up in Cannes by @ operation.mer.propre over 600 liters of trash picked up including 25 tires. Daily actions like these define the world of tomorrow, without them there is no future. #operatiomerpropre #cannes #lemondedapres #worldoftomorrow #nikon #underwaterphotography #bethechange #futur #alpesmaritimes # viĺledecannes #nauticam #scubadiving #worldshappers # scuba #scubadiving #underwaterplastique #saveourseas photo by @divingrockstar

Splash today with the association @operationmerpropre @ecolombard and the members of the association who have done a remarkable action in Golfe Juan! Proud of this Photo which also transcribes all my feelings on the world before and this famous world after…. Maybe we should care a little more about today's world! Today we were diving with Laurent Lombard in Cannes he has been on the media all over the world in the last few days, showing masks and gloves that are now every where on the sea bed of the mediterrenean sea. This pic is exactly how we both felt on the spot and our message to those who think that this is where this crap belongs Hit up the comment bar, like our page and please share this post !! 📷 by @divingrockstar #plongeur #posidonie #nauticam #mediterraneansea #nikon # nikond500 #lemondedapres #lemondedemain #scuba #projectaware #saveourseas #sealegacy #ourplanet #scubapeople
