At the end of March, the wreck of the tugboat Le Toulonnais, immersed from 1991 in the port of Monaco by 30 meters, was moved in the territorial waters of Monaco (at the foot of Oceanographic Museum of Monaco at a depth of -30 meters) to offer divers, scientists, professional fishermen and future generations an artificial underwater reef.
