Coral Guardian has implemented a participatory conservation program that embodies the concept of many small efforts to create a powerful network for change: Adopt a coral
The goal is to help preserve coral reefs, which are essential for the balance of our planet but which are greatly threatened with extinction.
How does it work?
For 30 €, Coral Guardian thus undertakes to transplant a coral on an area of damaged reefs, in Indonesia. The cutting comes from the organization's cultivation tables and always corresponds to the native species so as not to disturb the balance of local biodiversity. This small gesture for the environment also helps protect local populations, who depend heavily on it.
If the adventure tempts you, go to www.coralguardian.org and then receive a personalized adoption certificate, with the name you have chosen for your coral tip, its photo and its GPS location.
