AQUART - A unique underwater event in the world

The original concept of the Festival AQUART is to “promote and combine the Arts, underwater activities and the environment, all united in the same basin, with water as a support for life and a setting for these three entities.” (Fabrice Vanhoutte, Chairman of AQUART).
