A few days ago the sports code was modified in a rather surprising way

How far will you go within the limits imposed arbitrarily, without any scientific or medical argument proven, this is my feeling.

I quote: ““ People with disabilities can benefit, in the space of 0 to 40 meters, from assistance adapted in supervision or in equipment to evolve in supervised group by justifying aptitudes PE-12 to PE-40 and, where applicable, aptitude for diving with nitrox. ”

I therefore ask myself several questions: 
Why not give the opportunity to people with disabilities who have the technical and physical opportunity to be a diver? (PA) 
I remind you in this regard that there are different degrees / levels of disability and not a "disability situation" (in the very broad sense!) As specified in the decree 

In addition, as a researcher in Physiology, I can assure you that there is no scientific / medical study, highlighting any risk to go beyond forty meters, And in AUTONOMY for some people with disabilities. 

This decision is made, not on a state of scientific and medical knowledge, but arbitrarily ...
