From June 7 to 25, the 3rd “Mediterranean World Cup” was organized in Greece. More precisely in Kalamate in the Peloponese.
This meeting takes place over 2 weeks, the first is dedicated to training.
The objective is to garner as many points as possible around the 3 disciplines which are:
- CWT (constant weight with fins) -> descent and ascent with fins.
- CNF (constant no fins) -> descent and ascent without fins.
- FIM (Free Immersion) -> descent and ascent using a rope.
The winner Guillaume Néry aligns results more than promising before the world championships of Okinawa !!!
CWT -> 114 m
CNF -> 70 m
FIM -> 96 m
Jana Strain wins the women's gold medal, followed by Kerian Hibbs and Maria-Teresa Solomons. And finally the bronze medalists are Jure Daic and Liv Philip.

I share with you these adventures on form and on the bottom. Getting to know people in their surroundings helps to better understand the cultures around us and the treasures protected in their caskets.
