January is the first month of the year, it is the diving fair in Paris, but it is also the resumption of our missions around the world.
Traditionally and historically, our first missions begin in Sri Lanka. For several years we have been working on two cities in southern Sri Lanka: HIKKADUWA and UNAWATUNA.
If April doesn't catch your eye, Plongeurs du Monde will fly to the Philippines (Apo Island) and Vietnam (Ninh Van)
July, August, we will be in Dominica.
Finally in September we will close the missions by Morocco. (Al Hociema)
In all these countries, the objective is to train young and old in diving, so that they can work in a diving center.
For this we need volunteer Cadres. Depending on the country, the training we provide to these young people is PADI or FSGT / ISO / CMAS training.
Supervisor positions (OWSI Instructor) are available at missions in Sri Lanka and Dominica.
You are not yet OWSI, but you are considering it in the near future. You want to prepare in two stages: Assistant Instructor then Instructor.
Contact us at info@plongeursdumonde.com, we will tell you the next training dates for Assistant Instructors.
Whatever your supervisory level, your first mission with Plongeurs du Monde, you will experience it as an intern. On our site www.plongeursdumonde.com you will find in the Volunteer Supervisor Manual section, answers to the questions you may ask yourself.
See you soon on one of our missions.
