They have been fighting for weeks against the killing of dolphins pilot whales by the population of the Faroe Islands.
It is the consternation which reigns since yesterday among the defenders of the environment and the sea, following the arrest of 14 activists of Sea Shepherd and the seizure, by the Danish troops, of the three open boats of Sea Shepherd France, Loki, Sheen and Galesi, delivered in June by the Breton shipyard Bord à Bord.
The Danish coup came in the afternoon, after 75 days of fighting against the grind, the largest massacre of marine mammals in Europe.
Yesterday, in addition to the arrest of activists and the seizure of their boats, 33 pilot whales were slaughtered.
