I agree, you have to send your opinion on the Parc des Calanques project as soon as possible, and not only the Marseillais, everyone in France can ... here is a standard letter to send before November 16 by mail ...
Last name First Name

Marseille, November 2011
Mr. President of the Public Inquiry Commission on the Calanques National Park Project
Sustainable Planning and Urbanism Department
42 rue Fauchier
13002 Marseille
Mister President,
I am in favor of the creation of the Calanques National Park.
With a group of divers like me, we studied the Park project, and we want the extension of the ZNP (No Fishing Zones) to at least the whole of the Riou archipelago (from Tiboulen de Maïre to the Grand Conglu -Impériaux) and at best to the whole of the Marine Heart, so as to promote reproduction, preserve and increase fish stocks in areas subject to the Ligurian current (south-eastern current heavily loaded with plankton). For these reasons, we are very favorable to the PNAs including Planier-Veyron and propose the extension of the PNAs to all the creeks and islands from Marseille to La Ciotat, including Île Verte, oriented favorably to this current, conducive to development of marine biotopes. In this logic, we also propose the installation of artificial reefs "in stages" / "à la Japonaise" between Riou and La Ciotat, adapted to the important and variable depths, whose obvious benefits could in the short term satisfy the various users of the Park, as suggested on several occasions by Albert Falco who sponsors this Park.
We would like to see more “ecological” mooring buoys, such as those in Farillons, Lebanon and Moyades, on “remarkable” diving sites, such as the wrecks of the Drôme, Ker-bihan, Novi, le petit et Grand San-Domenico and others, the calanque of Tiboulen de Maïre, the various caves on the edge of the various islands of the archipelago, the Pierre de Cassis, the various faces of the Imperials in order to preserve the Posidonia fields and the flora and fauna of the mooring of boats accessing the dive sites; and this, as in the National Park of Port-Cros. In the same line, we want the ban on anchoring by anchors in all the creeks from Marseille to La Ciotat, but only the authorization to moor with “ecological” mooring buoys to be multiplied also on these sites, as at Port-Cros.
In addition, we propose the incorporation of the cove of Port-Miou in the Cœur Marin du Parc, and we do not understand why this creek is currently in AOA (Optimal Area of Membership), apart from financial reasons and lobbying nautical associations of this cove. In the same way, we wish that the archipelago of Friuli is integrated in the Marine Heart.
We regularly see boats traveling at speeds much higher than those authorized near coasts not marked by yellow buoys, in particular near fishermen or divers; this is why we are asking the administration of the Park so that a sufficient and appropriate number of people is assigned to control compliance with the rules and to monitor the areas of the Marine and Terrestrial Heart of the Calanques Natural Park. Noting the deplorable state of the coastal and submarine edges, and regularly participating in the cleaning of the creeks, we also believe that an effort of signaling, "education", even coercion, must be carried out with the fishermen "on the shore. So that their material is not dispersed. Prohibit fishing competitions in all its forms
hahaha sacred Sylvain! am curious to know if the rare pearl with all these qualifications and required qualities will accept a job with these miserable conditions… You would not have posted your offer one day too early?
