Each year, almost a million tonnes of fish, or half of the catch, would be rejected in the North Sea by trawlers who favor species with higher market value. However, these fish are perfectly edible and marketable.
In order to fight against this scandalous mess that is weakening the entire ecosystem, do not hesitate to sign the petition launched by the British chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall.
