APEKS FACE MASK REMINDER - 2 ° STAGE TX100

Apeks is voluntarily recalling the 2th TX100 stages of face masks.
The connection P of the 2nd stage could be disconnected during use if it suffered a shock.

Aqua Lung has not been informed of such a situation while diving and no damage has been reported. However, Apeks believes that a product recall is a safe and prudent attitude. While this incident is unlikely to occur while diving, the safety of divers remains and will remain Apeks' primary concern.

The affected products have a serial number between 504xxx and 908xxx.
Serial numbers greater than 908xxx are not affected by this recall and are compliant.

You should immediately stop using your face mask.

You must bring the facial mask or second floor to an Apeks dealer. The regulator housing will be changed free of charge as part of the warranty and you will not have to pay anything.
