Pierre-Martin Razi, MF2 and BEES1 diving instructor, started diving in 1976. He has taught everywhere, in France, the Maldives, the Red Sea, the Bahamas, the Caribbean. He is also a professional diver, class 2 mention B and a former instructor at the French Army diving school. An underwater photographer, he has been a professional journalist since 1976. Pierre first worked in an agency and as a freelance writer then joined the editorial staff of Oceans in 1986 before becoming its editor between 1989 and 1992 then of Subaqua, the magazine edited by the French Federation of Underwater Studies and Sports, since 1996. Between the two, after a very brief stint in audiovisual journalism, he sailed on a long cruise with, in particular, a solo tour of the Atlantic .
Author of three books devoted to diving: How to photograph the sea at Editions Sub-Oceans, A Century of Underwater Diving at Editions Barthélémy (in collaboration with Jean-Pierre Joncheray) and Une Histoire de la Plongée at Editions Arc-en- ciel / Subaqua (in collaboration with Alain Foret).
Married to Sylvie, who is also a diving instructor, Ninon's dad (9) who has a weakness for dolphins
Diving is a family affair.
